Harga saham menjadi salah satu indikator penting untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal. Berkembangnya harga diprediksikan bisa dipengaruhi oleh faktor laba perlembar dan nilai buku saham. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BVPS) Price Ratio (PER) terhadap Stock Price, baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT. Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. Periode 2010-2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam metode desktiptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data merupakan data sekunder diperoleh laporan tahunan dipublikaskan perusahaan.Teknik analisis regresi berganda, uji korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta hipotesis. Hasil menunjukan bahwa variabel memiliki sebesar. Namun, BVPS tidak pengruh stock price. 88,9% Untuk simultan, Variabel Share, berpengaruh sebesar 88,9 persen sedangkan sisanya 11,1 lain diluar penelitian.
